 orking with the circular shape of the room, we use chestnut and oak in the wainscoting in a cross buck design. Then added antique white pine for the window trim. The flooring is ceramic tile and is accented with this custom designed medallion made from oak and chestnut. Following this rotund design, the ceiling is decorated with hewn beams in a wagon wheel pattern. The beams have been power washed and palm sanded, then left natural without oil or stain to maintain their authentic look.
